I had a problem with signal reception to both TVs. Tony quickly diagnosed the problem (a faulty amplifier), replaced it there and then and checked everything worked correctly before he left. Highly recommended. First class and very prompt service.

I needed some aerials checking as one of them had come loose. Tony turned up at my rental property on time. Although the tenant was not in, he checked the aerials because he didn’t need access to the back. He kept me up to date by phone and checked the older aerials for use in the house. Once he established that they weren’t in use he removed them along with any cables. He broke them up ready for disposal. He checked the good aerial and cabling and re-affixed it to the wall safely. Very happy with the job and good value for money also. He sent photos of the job. I found him to be honest, helpful and professional and would use him again. Highly recommend him.
Really great service. I've used Robson Aerials a couple of times and I've always found them quick, polite, knowledgable and with really reasonable rates. Would not hesitate to recommend them if you need someone in this area.
